Enacom as a Great Place to Work

Enacom will be a mid-sized company for only a short time. Even when we were small, however, we already recognized the importance and urgency of taking a stand and acting on the world's main challenges.

In May 2023, we were recognized with the Great Place to Work Certification for the second consecutive year, and the following month we were invited to the ceremony for the 6th Best Mid-Sized Company to Work For in Minas Gerais. A great place to work

As a company whose guiding values for growth are transparency, social responsibility, and respect for nature and society, building a good place to work would not be possible without a committed team of nearly 200 employees and the long-term relationships we build side by side with our clients and partners.

Results-driven culture

At Enacom, we believe a results-driven culture must be based on solid, innovative, and objective values, which is why we seek to guide our employees' path throughout their time with us.

To do so, we rely on a multidisciplinary team that believes in the importance of investing in new talent and that, to the same extent, interacts routinely with those at the start of their careers, boosting their development.

This approach is the foundation of a collaborative culture of excellence, resulting in a team that works together to deliver the most innovative solutions to our clients and to society, in addition to contributing to our employees' personal growth.

Furthermore, applying the company's values is an incentive in the day-to-day work of everyone who builds Enacom, because they serve as a compass for decision-making and guide our team toward results that make our workplace a good place to work.

That is why, when we think of the idea of courage combined with a commitment to constant innovation, we recognize the importance of our teams in this process, who face constant challenges in projects and deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Agile methodology in the anywhere office

In 2022, after two years of remote work because of the pandemic, Enacom fully embraced the anywhere office concept, and with it the responsibility of structuring this work model around the values of an agile methodology.

Overall, we believe working from home brought more quality of life and productivity to our entire team, in addition to contributing to greater geographic flexibility, which provides a very broad cultural and knowledge exchange among teams.

But designing an agile methodology for the digital environment requires more transparency, organization, and prioritization, so we organize the technical and non-technical areas into squads, with professionals from different departments and academic backgrounds, for project development.

In this way, we break away from the traditional hierarchy of roles, making the work more visible to the entire team and contributing to the professional advancement of teams within the company.

Employee well-being

In remote work, as in any other form of work, it is important to pay attention to physical and mental health.

With that in mind, Enacom held a mandatory ergonomics workshop in 2022 and implemented a workplace exercise program at the end of the year. As a result, employees can request up to 11 different pieces of equipment to improve ergonomics in their workspace and apply what was taught in the workshop.

As a way of looking after mental health, we set boundaries, even if virtual, between personal and professional life, so that Microsoft Teams became our professional environment for interactions among employees.

We also consider it a well-being practice for our employees to understand their rights with regard to work, which is why we launched a series of thematic playbooks that explain topics such as labor laws, financial information, career progression, and ergonomic care.

Growing at Enacom

We believe that career, company strategy, and business are interrelated and must always be aligned. In this way, employees' professional advancement is facilitated by the mentoring process within the group, carried out with the help of an external consultant.

But before that, we understand that attracting, retaining, and developing talent also requires “courage to innovate,” especially in remote work. That is why we adjusted the selection process, which included new hiring models and improvements to the process, as well as the onboarding of new employees, in order to make the start of their journey more efficient.

The development of young professionals is also strongly tied to the values and culture of Enacom, so we strive to maintain an environment conducive to our employees' professional growth, encouraging continuous learning and promoting interactions between senior and junior professionals.

Developing solutions since 2009 with people as the focus of transformation, Enacom understands that a good place to work depends on good partnerships to deliver value.

And that is why #EnacomGPTW certainly represents a team capable of making our company a great place to work, multicultural, respectful, and full of courage to innovate.
